Complete the 2024 Campaign Materials Request Form to receive physical copies of this year’s campaign booklet, pledge forms, and posters. To be guaranteed materials before the campaign begins, you must submit the form by EOD, Monday, September 19. Additional requests that come in after September 19 will be fulfilled once a week.
